The HDBaseT HDMI Extra Long Range Cat5/6 Extender is using only one cost effective Cat5/6 cable to extend your HDTV display up to 328 feet at 1080p from the source. For example if you are going to 4 locations 3 of them maybe short enough for normal Pro series extenders like our HE2 but the 4th output which maybe a long distance TV may force you to only send the single source at a lower resolution like 1080i which is not desirable. By using cost effective Pro Series extenders like the HE2 and then using one HE1L in this described example it will allow you to display all TV's at the desired 1080p resolution.
